Overview
Ultrasonic Extraction Ethanol Extraction Machine is applied to the alcohol precipitation and extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, oral liquid, food, etc. It is made of stainless steel as a whole and is a special equipment for alcohol precipitation process and settling solid-liquid phase separation in Chinese medicine factory. This equipment is used to extract herbs, flowers, seeds, fruits, fish, etc.
There are four series: mushroom type, inverted cone type, straight cylinder type and ordinary cone type.
Working principle of extracting:
1. Water extraction: Water and Chinese medicine are added to the inner tank in a certain proportion, and the jacket steam shut-off valve is opened to start heating and water extraction. The large amount of steam generated is condensed and then separated, and the condensate is returned to the extraction tank until the extraction is terminated. When the extraction solution reaches the extraction process requirements, stop heating.
2. Alcohol extraction: drugs and alcohol are first put into the inner tank in a certain proportion, which must work under sealed conditions, and open the jacket to start evaporation into the valve for steam heating extraction.
3. Oil extraction: first put the Chinese medicine containing volatile oil into the extractor, open the oil separator circulation valve, close the bypass return valve and open the jacket steam valve. When the evaporation temperature is reached, turn on the cooling water for cooling, and the coolant should be kept at a certain separation level in the separator.
4. Forced circulation: In the extraction process, in order to improve the extraction efficiency, the liquid can be pumped to make the liquid from the bottom of the tank through the double filter to discharge the liquid tube, and then use the liquid pump to return to the tank for extraction.
